Mango overnight oats

When you want to breakfast in style but don’t want to compromise on your diet?

Wait no further, cause here comes the overnight oats recipe. Simple to make, great at the taste, ready in minutes and you don’t compromise with your diet either!

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk

1 cup roughly chopped mangoes

1 tablespoon chia seeds + half cup water/milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A mixing bowl

A glass or bowl to set the oats

Recipe

– In a bowl, take the oats. Add the milk and mix well.

– To this mixture, add the vanilla essence and mix well.

– Let this oats mix stand for about 5-7 minutes after which, transfer it carefully to the serving vessel.

– Now, add the layer of the soaked chia seeds which would have doubled after soaking for about 5-10 minutes. All top it off with the chopped mango.

– Place it in the refrigerator overnight and relish for breakfast in the morning!
